Q-How long will my order take to ship?
A- Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days for engraved products. We always do our best to get them shipped out as early as possible while maintaining our high standards for quality and care.
Q- Can I cancel/change my order?
A- Due to the customization, once an order has been started it can no longer be cancelled or changed. You can reach out to our customer service email or message us online/social media to request a cancellation/change as soon as possible. If you reach us before production on your order has started we may be able to change/cancel it but there are no guarantees.
Q- Can I have my order shipped to someone else as a gift?
A- Yes you can, just enter their info in the shipping information and check the send as gift box if you don't want an invoice included in the shipment.
Q- Can I keep my granite memorial outside in the elements?
A- Yes you can! Granite is a great material for outdoors. Over time you may need to clean the surface of dirt/calcium deposits from rain and snow.
Q- Do you have a warranty?
A- We warranty all of our products from production defects/errors and damage in shipping. Please reach out to us immediately after receiving your items with pictures of what the problem is and we will get you taken care of!
